During the moment of website upgrading and in the wake of the financial crisis in 2009, all the colleagues and I expect us to reach three innovative accomplishments.
First of all, a good manipulation of E-service system in a convention will definitely save the time and human resources, as well as enhance the perfection of our proposals. Round Table PCO has applied RFID system for instance, along with the identity badges since 2006. Starting from the year of 2010, after several years of researching and developing, we are going to create cooperation with entrepreneurs in the US on academic paper reviewing and collecting system. Meanwhile, we will develop multi-functional website for our customers to enhance the interactive marketing.
Second, a brand new direction for PCO is absolutely going to be the AMC affair management. Round Table PCO is the first professional corporation with a well-organized team who has been persisting on providing with innovative service on membership and business exchange (ex: marketing establishment, HR administration, and filing management … etc) for various social organizations (ex: international NGOs … etc).
Third, leading by the high awareness of global warming and climate change issues, Round Table PCO promises to make great effort on greening the MICE industry. We are going to present our best support for the government, social entrepreneurs, educational organizations … etc, with the concept of green meetings. Not only will we follow the eco-concept during all the administrative process and promote the green meeting labeling of events, but step forward actively to increase international networking promoting green meetings worldwide.
